Begin your morning at the Plaza Inn for "Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park" Character Dining. It's a great way to get charged up for the day with visits from Minnie Mouse, Cinderella and other beloved Disney Characters.

The fixed-price buffet offers all your morning favorites including fresh-baked pastries, pancakes, waffles and made-to-order omelets. Help yourself to all you care to eat while collecting autographs and taking great souvenir photos.

Atmosphere

The ornate Victorian décor offers a grand setting for any meal. When the weather is good, you may want to dine outside on the Plaza Inn patio, which is a great spot for people watching or for viewing parades on Main Street, U.S.A.

Birthday Parties

Make it a memorable birthday and attend "My Disneyland Birthday Party" at the Plaza Inn. Your host, Pat E. Cake, leads the celebration with music, laughter and cake decorating fun. Bring a camera to capture a special appearance by Mickey and Minnie Mouse! Parties occur daily; advance reservations are recommended.

History

The Plaza Inn, originally called the Red Wheel Inn, has been feeding hungry Guests since opening day in 1955, and was one of Walt Disney's favorite dining spots. The restaurant is decorated with authentic 19th-century furnishings, including the jewel-like Victorian stained glass and ornate woodwork salvaged from a grand old home in Los Angeles.

Dining reservations are recommended for "Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park" and "My Disneyland Birthday Party" and can be made in person for this location on a limited basis or by calling Disney Dining at (714) 781-DINE or (714) 781-3463. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
